The hacked account is one of her oldest e-mail accounts so Kareena is very upset with the incident”.

Fitness Tips By Raima Sen

Belly Dancing is a fun way to stay fit and have fun while doing it.

A good pair of track pants, a tee that won't get in the way, a pair of comfy sneakers, a headband, and an iPod are workout essentials.

Being healthy is a better idea than being size zero because our curves help us exude sensuality and no one wants to cuddle up to a bag of bones.

On a rainy day, you can skip make-up and wear frosty lip balm with waterproof mascara instead.

When you are bored, just put on your favorite song and start dancing. You can also write down your feelings and feel lighter. If you are conscious of what you eat, maintain a food diary.
